”Because it is a very old building the floor in the room was higher at one end than the other and the walls were paper thin and I could hear people in the next room. The staff was friendly but there was only day-old tepid coffee available in the reception area before 8 a.m.
There is no thermostat in the room and it was so hot I had to have the window open all night.”
