”**DO NOT BOOK**The room was not as described in the advertisement. The room was to have a balcony, and it didn't. The air con wasn't working. The property owner ghosted me when I tried to resolve the issues. The apartment was over run with washing and took up the ability to use the common spaces. It smelt of mould and sulphur. Terrible access to front door as code doesn't work. Steep stairs to walk up in the dark. There are cheaper alternatives to stay and better quality. Would never recommend...

”Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected...

8/10 Hyvä
"Extremely friendly personnel, nice rooms and very big and tasty breakfast buffet. Only negatives are slow and crowded elevators and rather small spa area that closes already at 6 pm. But otherwise superb hotel with excellent location."

8/10 Hyvä
"If you have plans to make day trips around or near the Lisbon with your own or rented car, this is a good location with excellent parking facilities. Without the var that is a bit remote, eventhough uber and bolt drivers are coming easily. Hotel Is quite large, ok pool, decent but not excellent breakfast, spacious rooms. Not so good restaurants with poor service staff."
