”The Host went above and beyond to make the house comfortable. All of the extra little details were our best VRBO experience so far. The house was cozy and warm. The convenience of being able to walk down to Dillsboro for dining, shopping, and the Christmas festival was priceless. We were traveling with our fur-baby and all of the pet friendly features were exactly as described. We will definitely look forward to our next stay at Miraflor! ”

”Got back from dinner around 8:00 and realized there was NO chair and actually no room even have a chair. Also no TV, so sitting on the bed or on a wicker stool wasn’t going to work. When I turned in the key, the owner tried to show me another place, but I was already a bit too stressed to accept. Just really glad my wife wasn’t there.”

”The host was very good. She was very informative. The house was beautiful and very roomy for the family. I did try to light a fire , but found the lighters were unusable and there were only two matches. As she informed us ahead of time, the road up was very challenging. Maybe a few more directional signs would help. The views were spectacular, and the surrounding areas were as well. Besides the lack of lighters, we had everything we could need. We enjoyed ourselves very much”

”We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful yurt in a perfect location. The host was very welcoming and responded immediately to all messages. The yurt itself couldn’t be any nicer or cozier with beautiful decoration and very comfortable furniture. It was less than a 10 min drive into downtown Bryson City where all of the shops and restaurants are and about a 10-15 min to Cherokee. It was the perfect spot for a chill, relaxing weekend. We are already planning a spring trip to visit again...

”Michael, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. The view is gorgeous, and the lodging is unique and rustic (part of a barn). We stayed one night for the Polar Express train. Do wish the heating was more evenly distributed. It got really hot in the bedrooms. It was better when we turned the heat down and left the door cracked. Slanted flooring in some areas was a little quirky, but we rolled with it! Otherwise, unit was well supplied with extras: coffee, creamer, filters toothpaste,...

”This place was great! No issues with a 2WD up the mountain, although snow or ice could have been challenging. Beds were amazing! Loved having spices, coffee, etc available. Very clear instructions were appreciated!”

”The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. The townhouse is located within walking distance to the railroad and downtown, so it's perfect for the Polar Express. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need EXCEPT reliable internet. The internet is very, very slow. There is a TV in every bedroom, but you cannot watch more than one at a time (and the one is a challenge) because of the internet speed. If the internet isn't important to you, this is a...
