Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. Unfortunately the metro line closest to the hotel was under renovation, so the only option to go downtown was the bus 28.
