According to Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to register each guest and send this information to the authorities, so a registration form must be completed before accessing the property. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For arrivals outside this time, additional charges apply: €50 for arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, and €100 for arrivals between midnight and 1:00 a.m., payable in cash upon arrival.

When staying at our property, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions. From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy complete privacy in every corner of our beautiful villa.

Other Notable Aspects

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with visitor information.



Additionally, we charge a deposit of €800 to guests. This amount is intended to ensure compliance with property rules and protection against potential incidents. The deposit is managed in accordance with established policies, offering transparency and security for both guests and hosts.



Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (early arrivals before 3:00 p.m. can be arranged upon request). Arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival. We organize check-ins between midnight and 1:00 a.m. with a surcharge of €100, also payable in cash upon arrival.
