Located less than a kilometer from Almuñécar beach, it offers guests otherworldly views of the town and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds; both have a wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. In the living-dining room, you can relax and enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen area. The living room features a double sofa bed.

Although the owner of the house lives on the upper floor of the villa, the outdoor area is entirely at your disposal. The porch you'll find right outside the house has a spacious dining area, a chill-out zone, and a foosball table for the enjoyment of the little ones. But the charms don't end here. As you descend the stairs, you'll find a large terrace with a fantastic pool shared with another house. The views you and your family will enjoy from here will leave you amazed. This area also features a barbecue and loungers so you can sunbathe as much as you like.
