”Didn’t really explain parking to well, but figured it out and accidentally paid for a parking spot. elevators broke or system went down and we had to walk up 15 floors which was horrible”

”The phone in room didn’t work try to call front desk went to talk to the receptionist there and was ask do you really need a phone I said it would have been nice so I wouldn’t have to come down here and her reply was maintenance is not here today… and I told her that the tv channel that has movies playing we couldn’t see the picture but was just audio she said you have to push input button and if you can’t fix I come up there . So we just didn’t bother pressing the issue.”
