No Durians, No Smoking or Vaping, No Drug, No Pet allowed, No Firework allowed, No Loud Noises after 11pm, No unregistered guests allowed or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia.

Guests should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulations Set by the Building Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities.

Lost or damaged parking/lift access card will attract a fee of RM100/pc.

Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest according to the inventory price list.

A refundable security/damage deposit of MYR 200 must be submitted before check-in. The deposit will be collected via bank transfer. Refund procedures will commence on the day following check-out. Your full deposit will be reimbursed via bank transfer, pending a property inspection.
