"Good location near city center and bus/metro/train stations. Hotel in good condition and at least now in march it was quite calm and peacefull. Large and modern room with very nice bathroom with bathtub. Swimming pool and sauna were nice too and breakfast had great variety. Would stay again!"

Reception acknowledged the issues and suggested to keep the balcony door open, and a fan was also offered. However, keeping the door open made the room noisy, and I had to use earplugs to sleep. My refund request was ultimately declined, although they first suggested that refund would be accepted. Overall, the sleeping conditions were not comfortable. If you are sensitive to air quality or prefer a cool room for sleeping, this may not meet expectations. "
