”Hotelli sijaitsee Wien Mitte juna-asemaa seuraavalla metropysäkillä (U3 linja) ja sieltä oli äärettömän helppoa liikkua metrolla ympäri keskusta-aluetta. Hotelli on itsessään hauska pieni hotelli jonka aamiainen oli tuoreista lähiruokatuotteista tehtyä ja todella hyvän makuinen (...jos pitää pekonista, munakokkelista, karjalanpiirakoista ja munavoista niin sitten aamiainen oli huono!)
Hotellissa ilmainen wifi, huone oli iso, sänky hyvä ja mukavana bonuksena kylpyamme.”
”Perfect apartment, so close to the city, bus station and easy access to the airport. Abit quiet in the evening as there are no restaurants or pubs for several blocks but definately a great place if you need peace.”

"Staff was not very helpful. I gave something to the safe at the reception and when I went to collect it they did not find it. Instead of looking properly they started asking me how took the things, what time etc. I had to wait and finally when I urged them to look properly they found it. Paid extra for late check out, they had not registered it on their computer and I could not get to my room. I had to explain it to them and only then I was able to go to my room."
"Personnel were very friendly, they offered upgrade and all in all service quick / efficient all around. Breakfast was more on the average side, plentiful but boring standard business hotel type. Finally while room was very spacious, had two toilets, bath tube and shower, all in all the hotel felt slightly dated and in a need for a renovation / upgrade. I mean, it wasn't bad in any way, well kept, but you could feel that it's been some time since the last major remake. Bed was good, pillows slightly better than average, but far from good quality down pillows. Also, this is a bit too large hotel all in all for my taste."
