”Beautiful place, but had a problem that warranted a full refund. I was only given 35% discount for a problem that 100% their fault. We left a day early ( it was our anniversary, the reason we went) and weren’t given a refund for big problem with our accommodations. No one wants to leave a celebration weekend without a good reason. Was so disappointed in their lack of reimbursement for a problem that wasn’t at all our fault. They did apologize but still should have taken total responsibility.

”No. This property was in such a poor location with a fence around it and a gate. It was off the highway on a cul-de-sac unlike any Motel 6 I've seen.
I was so uncomfortable with the location I didn't check in.”
