”The owner and staff were always easily accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet relaxed atmosphere 10 minutes by train from the old historic part of Lucerne and the train was free. My room looked out over horse pastures which was a great departure for the crowed noisy streets of downtown areas. The chef had over 40 years of experience and the dinners he prepared were delicious. Best place I stayed in three countries.”
”Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes. ”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel.
As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hotel gives you a discount train pass for the whole area, good for trains and buses. The pass also gives you a 10% discount for Mount Pilatus train ride. Morning breakfasts are included. It is a great place to stay.”

”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”

”Clean modern rooms in a great area in old town. Everything worked well. We loved the layout, almost felt designed by escher with the up and down hallways.

"Oikein hyvä paikka parin päivän oleskeluun. Erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen palvelu.Huoneessa ei yhtään mitään ylimääräistä kuten kaappeja ja laskutilaa mutta hyvä sänky ja oma suihku ja wc. Uutta, modernia ja siistiä. Melko lähellä rautatieasemaa ja Vanhaa kaupunkia. Hyvät bussiyhteydet."
"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "
