”We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.”
”I had a single room in the Adhoc building. It was so warm in the room I couldn’t sleep without the window being open the whole night. Of course someone kept smoking in a balcony so the smell would come to my room.
I got s message before check-in containing a pin code for self-service check-in. I never needed that code, I only needed to add my last name. The check-in kiosk was weirdly located right next to the front door of the Ad Astra hotel, so everyone walking by could see what you were...

When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. ”

Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen.
