”The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. ”

”I was so happy in my single room. Very spacious room with wood floor and big bathroom. Quiet at night. The wifi didn’t work.
Close to train station and old town.
Breakfast was very basic and they had rotten fruit, which was pretty much the only downside of the whole hotel.”

”Morena, the lady at the front desk is the best introduction to any check-in at a hotel and a wonderful ambassador for Chur! She was gracious and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location being in the entrance to the old town. We walked everywhere. The room the bathroom (shower) was a bit challenging being so tiny but we managed. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed and pillows were the best!! ”

”Short walk from the railway station, right in the old town. Basic but clean rooms, good bed. No air con, but if you are not bothered by noise, window can be open. Helpful staff. Overall a good stay.”
