”It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

”Stood for one night for a birthday celebration and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. We called the front desk to request two comforter because the comforters on both beds were stained. They brought two of them up promptly, which I appreciated, but one of the comforters still had visible stains, which was very disappointing. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable, and we both woke up in pain. The indoor pool was another letdown—the water appeared cloudy and didn’t...

”We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

”The Geneva Wells Inn was convenient to downtown Lake Geneva. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking. There is no breakfast but wi-fi is available and TV options were good.”

”I had a good stay overall this weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself was nice and well-kept. The only downside was the noise—both at night and early in the morning there was a lot of stomping and loud activity from other guests, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, a positive experience, but the noise level could definitely be improved”

”We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ...
