”We had a little trouble getting the door code to work but Cate was soooo responsive that it really didn’t delay us much. They have thought of everything- you really don’t need to bring anything with you except clothes (they even have laundry detergent) and food. (And maybe hair conditioner). It was truly a perfect get-away for us. We will definitely be back (hopefully when less cloudy since I suspect the night sky would be amazing). ”Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. Lots of privacy in a very convenient location. Would I book Sugar Cube again?? I already have for a family trip! You won't regret your stay here.”

”Very clean and comfortable. Location is great because lots of land and no intrusive neighbors. Hosts might be the best of any place we’ve stayed- no long list of rules and cameras everywhere. This makes you feel very welcome. Also very well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit the finger lakes.”

”Rooms were nice and clean and location was easy to get to. Just thought there could be a few more supplies. Only 2 dishwasher pods and no oil available on site to season the cast iron pan provided. But we managed. Fall colors bloomed on the property and it was beautiful. And although we didn't avail ourselves to them, the books and board games were a nice touch. Would stay here again.”
