”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”Erinomainen hotelli vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, oma sisäpiha/terassialue, oma pysäköintialue. Upgrade deluxe-huoneeseen. Monipuolinen ja herkullinen aamiainen. Hotelli mainostaa kuntosalia, mutta se on itse asiassa puolen kilometrin päässä oleva sali, jossa on myös kaksi squashkenttää.”

”Todella hyvä hotelli. Helppo matkustaa Baselin keskustaan ja lentokentälle lähtiessä pääset näppärästi hotellin kyydillä. Muista, että hotelli sijaitsee Ranskan, eikä Sveitsin puolella. Check in ja out onnistuivat nopeasti. Hotelli erittäin puhdas ja moderni. Ilmastointi löytyy kyllä, mutta ei mennyt ihan niin viileälle kuin olisin halunnut. Vieressä parkkipaikkoja paljon, jos vuokraa auton ja ravintoloita sekä kauppoja löytyy vierestä.”

”A gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. There was nothing to fault with Le Bouclier D'or. Our deluxe room at the top of the hotel was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in with plenty of space, everything we needed and being very comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast and all members of staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel. ”
