”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”I called from the airport and I was picked up from there shortly. The room was clean and spacious, even found a kitchen from there. I asked and I was told, where I could find a shop. I found it, but obviously the girl in the reception forgot the opening hours, so it was already closed, when I arrived there. The village was nice and quiet- walked around there about 2 hours. ”The hotel was modern, super clean and rather quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful and could serve us very well in English. Short distance to tram stop, trams going every 5 minutes, and 10 minutes to the city centre. The two day-tickets for public transportation costed 4.90 € so it was extremely convenient! ”J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine que je pensais bien plus grande. Malheureusement en 5 brassées, on arrive au bout de la longueur... Du coup je n'ai pas pu réellement nager, surtout a l'arrivée de deux autres clients car nous avons vite étés à l'étroit. Sauna et hammam sympa mais 4 personnes max”
