”They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor.
They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison.”

”The property was amazing: very clean, very comfortable, nice touches like all the Keurig pods for a quick cup of coffee, tea, cocoa. I very much appreciated having a garage to pull into to make sure my belongings were safe. These are esthetic features only, but I loved the decor: deep rust and grey were the dominant colors, and the soft LED lighting throughout was just lovely.
My only concern is that it is not obvious that this is a basement apartment reached by a 12-step, rather steep...
