”Best continental breakfast ever, but the lobby area has perfumed scents sent through the A/C so you have to sit in the dining area eating breakfast while inhaling airborne chemicals. Same for the fitness room as it is right near the lobby. Clean room except the shower could have been cleaner. Don't like the perfumy hand soap and liquid soaps/shampoo/conditioner either. Staff friendly and helpful.”

”I booked Sonesta Simply Suites through Expedia and had one of the most distressing travel experiences of my life. The room I was given was in unacceptable condition — including visible bugs, dirty surfaces, and unsanitary conditions that made it impossible for me to stay, especially with my medical vulnerabilities. ”No towels in room, not one. Dirty paper towel in sink, and trash in the trash can. 3 curly black hairs in shower. Not a drop of body wash in the body wash bottle. No “Do not disturb” hanger in room. Bed was as hard as a marble slab. Staff were very lovely. Breakfast was good.”
