There were no pool towels stocked so I had to go out to the lobby to request them. The staff was very nice, the location was great. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this style hotel. ”Kudos to the front desk associate, Brandon. He is always smiling, very helpful, fun. He loved my pup and my pup loved him. One suggestion is since you have plates in the deluxe queen room, why not add cutlery? We had take out and had to sneak into the breakfast area to get forks and knives. Hard to cut meat with plastic knives! ”
”The Grey Owl was a precious surprise! We (3 adults) had the best room, Melody's Roost, and it was spectacular! Stained glass decor, massage beds (!), a sleeper sofa with privacy screen--it's listed for 5 but it could sleep 4 adults and 2 well behaved small children on that sofa bed.
