”At the first sight the house looked light and had a Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and on the other side you can see the mountains. It had a lot of privacy and a big swimming pool. But after settling in we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance. There would be 3 bathrooms. Instead there were 2. Several things were broken. Our bedroom floor and a closet had a lot of water damage. After a view days it started raining and the whole floor was full of water. My new shoes where damaged...
