It is located in a quiet urbanization. There is a private parking space. Less than 50 meters from the house is the residential swimming pool, situated between a large lawn with children's play areas. The house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is spacious and complete.
