”This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!”

”Perfect clean, worm room, good breakfast and dinner with wonderful view to the lake. Ivan at the front desk is the soul of the hotel with his perfect english and service. There is two choice of day program with private guide and car, take the second one, is more interesting. But the route to the hotel from the village is in terrible condition, it cant be this difficult or expensive to repair it, I did think when I drive to hotel that, if the route who bring the clients to the hotel is in that...

”Conveniently located for a visit to the Tiwanaku ruins (next door), this hotel makes an ok stop after crossing the border from Peru at Desaguadero. It bills itself as '4-star', but it's not really. Spacious hotel has seen better days and feels a bit neglected inside. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a decent meal was provided (although the restaurant was not open). Secure parking was a plus. Bed was completely knackered and felt like most of the springs had collapsed. Water warmish-hot...
