”The city of Armamar is quite sleepy and small. For us, this location was wonderfully convenient for the wineries we were visiting. But if you are hoping to walk around at night for night life, this may not be the town for you. The PINTA boutique hotel was beautifully decorated and in great condition. The staff was also communicative, and there is a small but convenient free parking light just behind the property. My husband actually took a job interview (via Zoom) from the common area/breakfast...

”Superb service, brand new establishment, great view, nice breakfast. On a steep hill, so walking up keeps you fit. Secure parking place if arriving by own car. Cannot fault it!”

”An incredible location but you definitely need a car to get there. It’s high up in the hills. Narrow roads but easy to find with Google maps. Host does not speak English but daughters do. Beautiful continental breakfast with sliced meats & cheese, yogurt, cereals and muesli, coffee, tea, jams & cake. ”

”Amazing place! Great buffet breakfast and also an option to have the breakfast on the barrel terrace. The only minus was that I was travelling with a friend and requested to have two separate blankets. There was an extra in the closet but no cover to it. When calling again to ask for the separate blanket we were broaght 4 extra sheets but still no cover to the extra blanket. (The barrels seem to be more for couples travelling but it would be nice if the hotel would accomodate for others as well...

”Stunning! We stayed in the 2 bed suite is the Casio de campo building…it was like staying in a millionaire decorators apartment!! Huge patio to a stunning view of the mountains/vineyards. Wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and stay there. Breakfast was wonderful. Wine tasting unparalleled!”
