Expanded Room Descriptions
Great Room:
Upon entering the foyer, you`re greeted by towering high ceilings and a southwestern contemporary flair that`s sure to impress. The great room is bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights that bring in lovely natural light during the day. The living area features a large sofa and chairs with plush rugs, perfect for entertaining family and friends for movie night or watching the big game on the big screen TV. Just behind the sofa is a dry bar, ideal for mixing cocktails or opening a bottle of wine. A cozy seating space is nestled around the gas fireplace, providing a great spot to relax and unwind.
Dining Area:
Flowing seamlessly from the living room, the dining area features a long table with plenty of seating for everyone. Large windows bring in lots of natural light and offer views of the private courtyard, enhancing the dining experience.
Gourmet Kitchen:
The huge kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring a gas 5-burner cooktop, stainless steel microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with beautiful wood cabinetry and a built-in Kitchenaid refrigerator. It`s stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials for meal preparation—just bring the groceries! The gorgeous granite countertops provide plenty of space for prep and serving, with bar seating for three.
Private Courtyard:
The door off the kitchen leads to the private courtyard, equipped with a propane gas grill and a dining table, perfect for family cookouts. In the evenings, guests can relax in the lounge area, enjoying the sound of crickets and the cool breezes through the tall pines while stargazing.
Primary Suite:
Located just off the living area past the fireplace, the Primary Suite is a spacious and welcoming retreat with all-new furnishings, a king-size bed with luxury linens, and a cozy sitting area. The room is filled with natural light from numerous windows, with views of the courtyards. The ensuite bathroom is beautifully appointed with a large granite vanity with double sinks, ample storage space, and excellent lighting. It also features a private toilet area, an enormous walk-in shower with stunning tilework, and a jetted jacuzzi tub to melt your cares away.
Guest Bedroom:
Situated off the dining area, the guest bedroom is accessed through a barn door. This chic and inviting space is adorned with beautiful linens, plush rugs, and cozy seating. It also includes a TV and lots of windows for natural light, along with a door leading out to the courtyard.
Mudroom/Laundry Room:
Conveniently located off the front foyer, the mudroom/laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, making it a great spot to unload all your gear after a day on the slopes or hiking and biking.
Office:
For those who need to get a little work done, the office provides a quiet and private space, connecting to a full bath that also features a beautiful walk-in shower, making it a convenient powder bath for guests.
Garage:
The huge 2-car garage, accessible only from inside the home, provides ample parking and storage space for guests.

Access: Guests have full access to the home except for locked owner-only doors. The garage can be accessed from inside the house (no remote provided).

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.

OCCUPANY & CONDUCT
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- No parties, events, or gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful that sound carries through the canyon. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must be kept at a respectful level at all times
- Children must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED
- This home is located within Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club and is subject to all community rules and covenants
COMMUNITY & HOA REQUIREMENTS
- No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted
- Access to Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club amenities is reserved for property owners only and is not available to guests
- Guests must comply with all community standards throughout their stay
PETS & SMOKING
- NO PETS PERMITTED
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Outdoors is permitted but may be subject to Fire Danger Restrictions. -NEVER toss cigarettes or cigars on the grounds or off the back deck!
HOME CARE
- Please no food or colored beverages in bedrooms to protect linens
- Do not move furniture
- Fireplaces and grills must be used responsibly.
TRASH
- Trash must not be left outdoors at any time
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests and residents must dispose of all trash and take to the Alto Lakes Sanitation Station, located at 1221 High Mesa, across from the Kokopelli Country Club, prior to departure. Please review the check out instructions for additional information.
