Welcome to our centrally located cabins in the Grand Circle. The perfect staging area to explore Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, Pink Coral Sand Dunes, Duck Creek OHV trails and Brian Head.
Secluded on 11 acres with 3 separate living spaces, a game room, hiking trails and 2 hot tubs, you will have all the space you need to bring the whole family and all of the toys, including Rvs and tents. 3 king beds, Starlink Internet and smart TV's guarantee comfort.

The property is broken up into 3 living spaces and a game room that you will have complete access to and have been labelled for your convenience. We also have space for tents and RV's. Please inquire for details.
Unit #1
This space is located above the garage. You can access it by going up the stairs at the back of the garage. You will enter into a modern yet comfortable space. You will see a fully equipped kitchen to the right with a large pantry to store all the food you need for the trip.
Directly ahead is a beautiful dining table with a natural wood edge and beautiful views from 4 large windows. To the left of the table is a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV and a large fold out couch with extra bedding in the chaise.
Turning around you enter the stylish bathroom equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and all the towels you will need for your family on this trip. Going through the pocket door you enter the cozy bedroom with an impossibly comfortable king bed. A long road trip has taken its toll but the comfort of this bed will take all of the tension away.
Unit #2
This space is the main floor of the log cabin. You will be surprised as you enter by the modern finishes combined with rural charm in this classic wood cabin. This isn’t your grandmother’s second hand cabin furniture.
The first thing you will see is the dining table and fully equipped kitchen. A perfect place to prepare meals during your stay and save time and money by not needing to eat out. The leather couch in the sitting area folds out to accommodate two of your party. Passing the couch you will see a large cabinet that is stocked with all of the linens you will need for the trip.
To the left is a bathroom stocked with all of your bathing essentials. To the right of the bathroom is a ladder (be careful while climbing) that leads to the loft. As you climb up you will feel the charm of cabin life as you become surrounded by natural woods bathed in the light of the 2nd story windows. A full bed and a queen bed greet you along with night stands and cube compartments for storage.
Going back down the ladder you enter the last door of the space. Can you say comfort? A lowered king bed with white linens and tasteful accent décor compliment the wooden logs that line the room. Snow storms could be raging and summer heat could be beating down but you know that you will be comfortable in this room year round.
Unit #3
Head downstairs from Unit #2 and you will come to the entrance of Unit #3. This space is perfect for a couple to escape from the rest of the group. Polished floors and quality furniture fill the room. To the left is a fold out chair that can sleep 1 and a large lowered king that invites you to have some quick shut eye after a long drive.
A small but well equipped kitchen will allow you to make any meal and the additional stove will help to feed the rest of the party. Past the kitchen is a stocked bathroom and a laundry room.
Game Room
In the garage we have brought together all of the games and entertainment you and your party will need for your stay. A large smart TV for watching movies together, a foosball table, a fridge to keep drinks cool, a shelf full of board games, regulation dart board set up, guitar for bonfire tunes, chess and checkers, snow shoes for the winter months, cornhole and folding tables and chairs to make sure everyone can be accommodated. This space has been tailored for family fun and since you have the whole property you get it to yourself!
Outdoor Spaces
There are 3 outdoor entertaining spaces on the property as well as a hot tub deck. The spaces are labelled 1-3.
There is a set of stairs from the terrace to the right of the garage that leads to a secluded off grid hot tub for 2. No chlorine! It also doubles as a cold plunge, which is perfect on a hot afternoon after a morning hike. Spend an evening with that special someone in a secluded grove of trees while you bask in the rich warmth of wood heated water. Smell the fire and hear it crack as you look up at some of the best skies in the country for stargazing. This will be an unforgettable experience! Please consult the guide to make sure you have no issues with the wood heated hot tub. Availability of the off grid hot tub will vary due to weather conditions (not available during freezing temperatures and high fire risk).
Space #1 is up rail road tie stairs that lead to a graveled area with a fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs. There is also a table with seating for 4.
Space #2 is located between the garage and the cabin. Be sure to plug in the string lights at night to experience wonderful evenings with friends and family around the campfire. Another fire pit surrounded by more comfy Adirondack chairs awaits.
Space #3 is located in front of the entrance of Unit #3. A table and chairs are there as well as another fire pit with more Adirondack chairs.
We stock firewood at our cabins. To make sure that we can continue to stock firewood we charge a small fee for its use. $15 per night of use to get access to the wood pile. We also charge $20 for early check in or late check out, dependent upon availability. Let us know if you have any questions.
1. Between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please keep loud noises to a minimum and be courteous of other guests and neighbors.
2. If you decided to use the game room please be respectful of other guests. The game room is closed 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you decide to play games please pick up after yourself.
3. No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property.
4. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink.
5. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use.
6. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATV’s or UTV’s. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH.
7. Be aware of the property line and the property lines of others to avoid trespassing. Our 11.5 acres is east behind the cabin to the fence, north to the power lines, and south to the cabin 1 wash basin.
8. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins.
9. No shoes in carpeted areas.
10. No hunting or shooting on property.
11. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore.
12. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits and the hot tub stove.
13. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish.
14. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89.
15. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed.
16. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended. Please always clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
17. Between October and March please leave the thermostat at 61 degrees or higher so that our pipes do not freeze.
