”Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. ”Okay 4 star hotel with average service. Problem with the staff is that many don’t speak English or understands it poorly. Also you need to tell them many times what you ordered because they forgot it if some reason.
