”Great location. Within walking distance to several restaurants, cafes, bakery, the Municipal Market and the beach. The train station was about a 2 minute walk making travel within the Algarve quick and easy. Our host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. She met us upon arrival and walked us through the condo and gave us a tour of the facility. It was a lovely place and we would recommend it to anybody. We hope to return someday.”

”My husband and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is beautifully presented and really well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great: 5 mins walk to the train station, same for Lidl, and 5 mins to the centre. A charming place.”

”a lovely apartment with everything catered for - the only thing that needs attention is the towels - they have definitely seen better days - the air con in the living room was leaking a lot when we arrived - we reported it on day 1 but it was still not sorted when we left after 2 weeks - not a major problem for us as we didn't use the room very much - but it could have been if a family made more use of the living room or if it was the winter and the unit was needed for heat”

”Our second stay at this apartment, which is perfectly positioned on the edge of Cabanas, overlooking the waterfront and open countryside. Everything you will need is close at hand, secure off-road parking is provided, and arrangements for picking up and leaving keys were excellent. We will definitely want to visit again!”

”We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

”The flat was better equipped than any vacation house u ever visited. There was really everything you need! The area was quiet , also we were not in the main season. Everything was clean and the communication with the owners was fast and very friendly! Overall totally recommended!”

”Just back from 9 night stay . The apartment is immaculate and the location is excellent. You don’t need a car as can walk to a variety of supermarkets and the local food market . The ferry boats to the beach are 5 minutes walk and the castle ruins the same . We took the train from Tavira Station which is walkable from the apartment to the border town of Vila real de San Antonio and hopped on the small ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain for the afternoon. ”The apartment in Santa Luzia was in a wonderful location. Positioned at the edge of town and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beaches and mini markets. Tavira is a short drive away. The beaches along this stretch of coast were stunning. We enjoyed some amazing walks and they were generally deserted. The apartments’ terrace was perfectly situated with sun from sunrise to sunset. It would have been enhanced if there had been a couple of sun loungers. The bed was super comfy, but...

Checkin was not clear, I did not know what to expect. Sent a message an hour before arrival as requested but did not get an answer. When we got there, the home away representative was waiting for us which was great. Apartment is like the pictures except that it requires a little maintenance (small things that would make a difference) and the patio...

”Lovely apartment, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath. Amazing view through full wall of windows. Short walk to shops, beach, harbour full of fishing boats, and restaurants. We went early March so not all restaurants were open, but the first we tried, Adega Do Sol served a variety of dishes and was so good, we went there every night for the full week. Weather was changeable in first week of March, but I don't like it too hot. Great walking or cycling weather”

”We absolutely loved our stay here (we even extended for 2 weeks!) The property is spacious and clean and has ample cupboard space. The complex is very pleasant and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The property managers were very friendly and so quick to help us with any problems. We loved sitting out on the terrace overlooking the horses! It was very peaceful and tranquil.”
