”The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. Please give them all a raise!!!”
”I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.”
”Great property. The entey road is a dirt road however at the property there was paved parking near the apartment. The apartment was spacious . It had netflix and prime . The kitchen had the basic cooking utensils and full sized fridge/freezer along with washing up liquid. Bathroom was a decent size and had towels included. They had cleaners come in regularly to deep clean the apartment”

There was a a big party going on which made a lot of noise and there were drunken people everywhere in the house. The neighbourhood is not safe to walk by yourself.
Location was good for us, near airport.”
