”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast.”

”Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”

”This is the first hotel I’ve ever checked into where they didn’t ask for an ID at all. We walked into the room and there was a huge amount of hair on the corner of the bed. We also couldn’t get the tv to work. We let the front desk know the room originally didn’t have a remote. They sent one down that didn’t work so we called again. Someone came down and put some electrical tape on it and called it good. Once again it didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it....

”It's not the Ritz, but it's fine for what it is. I had no problem with it. Comfortable bed, we had 2 doubles. TV didnt work , but I was only sleeping there, don't need it with phone, etc. It's really good for the money, I had room 202.”

”Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up.”

”You get what you pay for. My room smelled like pee and the bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the toilet seat.”

”Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy”

”Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.”

”Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Breakfast bar was not so good. Yes would stay again but hope they improve bar”

”Absolutely charming hotel, with a lot of history! We loved sitting on the big front porch having a cocktail! The staff is so friendly! The restaurant cuisine needs a little bit of tweaking!”
