”Portugal and it's people are gentle and kind. We have visited many times and love it north to south. Tucked away at the end of a bumpy dirt road is a real gem. Only 7 rooms - ours even had a wood burning stove (yes it did). More oranges than you could eat in a lifetime and so quiet at night you can hear them grow. ”Beautiful pastoral setting. Guest room was comfortable with great bed. Wonderful decor in the breakfast room upstairs, and the food was great. Hosts were very engaging, sharing info on the neighborhood and the Roman wine-making process, which is their award-winning specialty. Nearby winery restaurant Quinta da Quetzal was amazing!”

”We stayed at The Greenhouse in September 2023 (sorry for late review) and oh my goodness what a treat! We arrived to a very sleepy village and spent a while driving in circles but when we eventually entered in to the beautiful oasis we didnt want to leave. It is absolutely beautiful! We were shown to our room (apartment really) which was just gorgeous. The decor is outstanding, every tiny detail is taken care of and it is clear such great care has been taken in the refurbishment of this gorgeous...

”Este es un lugar que está apartado de cualquier pueblo con un paraje rodeado de encinas y colinas con lo cual estarás en un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarte. La casa es bonita y bucólica y tiene una terraza y una piscina estupendas. La piscina es punto y aparte por lo grande y por las zonas de sombra y sol que tiene. En conclusión si lo que quieres es tener unos días de paz y tranquilidad sin duda alguna esta casa rural te lo proporcionará”
