Reserve all four of our woodland treehouse cabins — The Barn Owl, The Red Bird, The Hawk’s Nest, and The Black Crow — and enjoy the entire property exclusively for your group. 4Forty4 Ranch provides easy access to over 20,000 acres in the LBJ Grasslands- trails, scenic views, and outdoor adventures- plus we are located on 30+ private acres.

When you rent the entire property, you’ll enjoy exclusive, private access to all amenities — including the pickleball court, fire pit, pond, hammocks, picnic tables, and more. Nestled at the edge of the woods in Alvord, Texas, just an hour from DFW, this unique property is ideal for family reunions, wedding parties, retreats, or groups of friends looking to relax and reconnect in nature.

Each of the four cozy treehouse-style cabins sleeps 2 guests (8 total), featuring a plush king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, TV, WiFi, and a private porch. Every guest also enjoys their own private, keyed bathroom in the bathhouse, complete with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. We can approve extra guests for a fee (kids that may sleep on an air mattress or pack n play*)

By renting the entire property, you’ll have exclusive access to all amenities, including:
-The bathhouse with 4 private bathrooms- one assigned to each treehouse guest
-The community pickleball court (bring your paddles!)
-The fire pit with plenty of seating
-The peaceful on-site pond
-Picnic tables and private hammocks
-Ample parking and lighted sidewalks

Each treehouse pod can also be rented individually.

We welcome events for an added fee! You can rent the entire property, sleeping up to 8 guests across all four cabins, and enjoy full privacy. Perfect for micro weddings, intimate weddings under 50 guests, crawfish boils, family reunions, and more. Message us with your event details — we’d love to help you celebrate!

What To Bring:
-Bring OFF for chiggers/mosquitoes/ticks/etc.
-Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is provided)
-Personal toiletries

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Below is a list of the items:
-1–2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
-1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
-1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
-Starter set of coffee & creamer

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking, you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check-in. Code will be sent 3 days before check-in.
