”Stayed over for a night whilst travelling back from a trip to Scotland. A great B & B which I can’t recommend highly enough. From meeting Susan on arrival where she showed off our room. Whilst cosy, everything was pristine! A comfy bed and great breakfast the next morning topped off a great stay. Not forgetting the pub attached……where we had our evening meal and probably the best Beef and Ale pie we’ve ever had with great personal service too. We’d highly recommend the Rose & Thistle and look...

”Parking was easy, check-in was quick with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well-appointed with plenty of hot water pressure. We enjoyed a good quality evening meal in the restaurant and returned for a breakfast that offered many options the following morning.”

”the stay was good .the food was good ,the room going up north was up stairs which is not good when we had a dog. but the room we had coming back was on the ground floor which suited us cause of the dog and also for us as i had a job to get up stairs the first time”
