Vastaanotto ystävällinen ja huone hieno mutta huoneessa oli tyhjä coca-cola pullo ja yksi pyyhe oli näkyvästi tahrainen. Sängyt kiireellä pedatut. Ei ollut hyvin siivottu :( pettymys koska valitsin kalleimman lentokentähotellin juuri sitä varten että olisi hyvä standardi.

Lentokenttähotelli
Sijainti kentän välittömässä läheisyydessä ratkaisi tämän hotellin valinnan. Metroasema ja lentokenttä ikään kuin samassa rakennuksessa hotellin kanssa. Kaikki muuten OK, mutta huonelämpötila oli kesähelteellä hieman korkeahko, eikä sitä saanut laskettua. Huone oli hiljainen, sänky mukava.

Erittäin miellyttävä hotelli. Siisti ja rauhallinen. Ei kuulunut lentomelu. Ravintolassa hyvä ruoka. Aamupala hyvä. Hyvän kokoinen huone. Helppo siirtyä lentoterminaaliin. Autovuokraamon bussipysäkki lähellä.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Lobby and Bistro / Bar area are very attractive. Drinks in Bistro / Bar are great, but food is just okay. Room is very nice, but bathroom needed some attention (old toilet, cracked sink). Overall, a great place to stay if you are in transit at Copenhagen Airport.

This property, located at the airport, is the perfect short stay. We had a layover in Coppenhagen and this worked perfectly. We also had access to metro and could ride into the city for a brief visit. Hotel was very nice! Bed was great, lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was hands-down the best I have ever seen worldwide. AMAZING. The bathtub had no water pressure and a malfunctioning spigot, making a long soak to release travel tensions a challenge. When draining the tub after a VERY long wait to partially fill it, the bath water came UP out of the shower drain across the room (!) Adequate staff was not available to fix the plumbing problems.

This location and the design of the property cannot be beat. You walk easily from the terminal to the hotel. But our stay was not seamless. Our flight was late and on arrival, there was a huge line and the self-check in kiosks were not operational. Once we got in our room, we went to make up the pull-out bed and found used linens in it, and no clean linens in the closet. The front desk was slammed with check-ins and didn’t answer the phone, so we had to go down to ask for clean linens. They were delivered promptly after that. The hair dryer in our room was broken. The main bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was very expensive - $50 for one.

Convenient, close, quiet, ideal for a one night stay or as the main hotel for your stay in Copenhagen. My room was large and the beds super comfortable. Next time i would consider this hotel as my base and get a rail pass and come and go as i like. More than i could have 5hought i would get and the upgrade was amazing

For early check in, even for less than an hour early, front desk did not give us a room. They asked 200 krons for early check in. They had available rooms to check us in but made us wait at the lobby toll exact 3pm. Then gave us the room. Also the pool was empty and the gym eas closed for repairs.

When making a reservation you have booked the room from 15.00 and the possibility to check out at 12.00 noon.So if we have guests arriving early in the morning it is an extra service to get access already in the morning.
