We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. After about 45 minutes he finally shows up at which time we told him that we had figured it out by using the wall mount controller and not the unit controller. Breakfast was typical but when we got down there they and a few potatoes and eggs, the entire line needed to be replenished but to my knowledge it was not. Very disappointing…..
