”Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. ”

”Excellent place in Amarillo, which is a small city. This hotel has a nice warm small city feel. Great speak easy and restaurant in hotel and a nice outdoor patio on 2nd floor. Nice comfortable rooms.”

”My pillow had a blood stain on it and they just tried to put a pillow case over it. The breakfast said it lasted till 9:30, but they stop putting fresh food out at 9. They dont have a waffle maker, its a pancake maker that makes them smaller than McDonald's. It was close to everything in the area, but i would'nt pick it again because of the pillow and breakfast. The staff were really nice though”

”We went on a 10-day road trip and the Hampton hotels we stayed at were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, the rooms at the Hampton hotels we stayed at were the best. There is a lot of room and the ability to log in to our Disney plus account was a huge plus for us as well. The pools were clean and the facilities as a whole were clean and we were comfortable.”

”Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. ”

”Really good, well-run motel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order. Parking seems very safe (your car is right outside your room). The single downside is there are a few barking dogs in the neighborhood – obviously not the hotel’s fault. It is only occasional, though, and not a dealbreaker. I liked staying here and would definitely stay again.”
