”We had an amazing beachfront room. There was so much space and the view was incredible. Everything at Pelican Reef Vilas was outstanding! The beach was kept clean, the pool, the bar area and all the staff were incredible! If I could give them more stars I would! The people of Belize are also amazing!! ”

”Modern hotel/condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Jake and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful and are available all times of the day for anything you require. Balcony is lovely and higher floor - 3 - will give you a glimpse, through the palm trees of the ocean. Pool is small but lovely for a cooling dip and to lay in the sun. Their supplied Belize guide is fantastic. You are close by numerous restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, over the water bars and gas stations...

The sofa was visibly dirty. There were toenail clippings on the stairwell steps, and you have to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage — no assistance, no warning. Everything was fine until there is a lot of college students occupying the other rooms it was noisy and they party until 3am no respect at all. I hope they will put a sign to remind others specially at night after 10PM to be mindful with other occupants. ”

”The hotel was on the water and centrally located in San Pedro close to several restaurants and bars. From the balcony I could see the pretty and vast ocean. The receptionist in the morning and at night were helpful in providing suggestions where to eat, what to visit, and what to do. Each suggestion was spot on and specially the local authentic Belizian restaurants to try. Highly recommend staying here where there are large rooms, balconies, and AC.”
