”So Convenient to the University!”

”Very clean room, quite comfortable king bed, day manager on her own moved us from upstairs room to downstairs after I told her of my wife’s health issues, very thoughtful!!”

”The hotel was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just mediocre but overall a great stay.”

”Room and bathroom very clean, Nearly all staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast, clean area and many choices. (try the yogurt-great) Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Felt safe. ”

”Both the ventilation and sink had bad odors. I ran the heater warmer than normal and it began clearing up. I don't know if it was the water or something in the sink trap that caused the odor.”

”Shady people staying there were loud and had barking dogs all night. People smoking cigarettes at the front entrance every time I went in or out. ”

”Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.”

”The room and property were super clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the property. Will definitely stay again.”

”The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind, and having a suite with 4 queen beds was a huge benefit for our large family. Karen ran breakfast and was super engaged with guest needs, keeping things stocked and moving and chatting with my kids. We booked the same room on our travels back because it was so good for us.”

”I checked out of a near by place that I was unhappy with. I lost out on money as well.. I decided to book with Bestwestern Upon arrival I was greeted! The lobby was clean. Coffee was fresh and hot. Room was great! We slept well.. this will be where I’ll be staying whenever I visit. Thank you Best Western and Staff!!”

”Breakfast satisfied are needs. Sausage gravy very good. Our house keeper very helpful. Front desk very pleasant. Over all great 2 day stay!”

”The pool was closed for cleaning kids n I was upset about that the second day we stayed but otherwise it was nice and u can wash ur lundary for free there great deal !!!”

”The staff was helpful. However, the bathroom tiles were cracked, a very high injury risk; the shower head did not work; the bathtub had rust, and the bedsheets had stains. The breakfast was mediocre, and the pancake maker needed servicing.”

”The front desk was very welcoming. Room was very spacious.”

”Room had ants crawling all over the room, bed and bathroom. Called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone and no one came to do anything about. Never apologized for the inconvenience this caused”
