Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. ”The balcony was amazing. We actually loved the rustic vibe, though I imagine others who don't do their research would be put off by the space. On our check-in day at our check in time, the maid was still there cleaning, but we just went for lunch and when we came back an hour after check in, she was gone. The building is old so it can be a bit dusty. The location and the balcony made up for anything slightly inconvenient and we would definitely stay here again!”

”Wonderful location with views. Perfect for a couple. Small but quaint and the view of the harbour cannot be beaten. Found this convenient to the village and would definitely use as a base again for Cinque Terre. There are a number of stairs which you should be aware of if that is a problem for you but otherwise we enjoyed. Bathroom is very small like others have commented and water does get on floor but we didn’t mind as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would definitely stay in this...
