”I stayed at the hotel for a week, from Monday to Sunday, and everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out. The reception was well staffed, with personnel readily guiding the hotel guests. ”Very clean, upscale room. Nicest hotel I stayed in during my 2 weeks in Japan. Staff were kind and helpful. Free breakfast and free evening ramen was a plus. A bunch of free amenities in the room. Massage chair was also a nice bonus. Shower room & tub were very nice. My only complaint, and this is nitpicking, was that the lights in the main bathroom area of my room were very dim and there was seemingly no way to adjust them any brighter.”

”Nice hotel with clean rooms , our room was a little bit small but it worked out well. Breakfast was the same every morning but it was enough. There is a subway 2 minutes away and a shopping street just 10 minutes away . Nice staff and a quiet place to live in , nice place.”

”It is located in close proximity to all the attractions. Also, only few minutes walk from Namba train station. The hotel is very clean. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.”

”The location is really Great with an easy access to all shops and restaurants you might like. My room was small but it works if you don’t like to spend your time in Osaka at your hotel room. There is a supercool jakuzi with a Great sauna (dry, Finnish type). In the sauna there was even a TV😱. They serve free beer/wine/local whiskey before Dinner time between 7 and 9 pm. ”

”Location couldn’t be better. Very easy to get from KIX airport to Namba Station or Ocat bus terminal. Short walk to Dotombori and Shinshaibashi for food, shopping and nightlife. Room was small but cozy, bed was excellent. ”

”Other reviews stated that the hotel is dark which was concerning when we made the reservation. Hotels atmosphere is dark for sure but thats just the modern style of the hotel. There is plenty of light in the room in my opinion. Everything looked new and the desing was refreshing. Highly recommended. Fitness room only had cardiomachines so thats a bummer. 9/10. Ate breakfast in the city so cant comment the restaurant. ”
