”Beautiful old hotel in downtown Americus. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The restored hotel is lovely insid and makes one appreciate the history of this place. The rooms have high ceilings, comfy beds and beautifully updated bathrooms. Staff at Floyd’s were great as was the food. Would definitely return.”

”First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again.”

”I made reservations for this hotel while I was visiting my sister. I went there and immediately had a change of heart. I’ve been trying to cancel and get my refund but have been unsuccessful. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend.”

”Room was in Excellent condition and very clean. Plenty of parking and staff was very friendly. I was disappointed the pool was shut down because someone threw up in it but that was out of their control until tested. The breakfast was small and light with Eggs and sausage, cereal, muffins and yogurt but it was good.”

”I've stayed once before, mainly for the location and price; Decent. This time around was a bit different, the mattress was really firm, hard to sleep and woke up feeling like I had slept in the floor.”

”Dog friendly hotel with a large and very nice green space for dogs. Great hot and cold breakfast buffet with outdoor patio for our dog was another wonderful amenity. Right off the highway was convenient for our travel plans.”

”The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done. I went down to the front...

”The hotel is very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and large parking for moving trucks available at no extra cost. Overall great quality/price ratio. ”

”Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with...

”This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there.”

”Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! I travel a bunch and this was a pleasant surprise for the cost, clean and hot shower, and bonus there is food, not extensive… cereal, bagels, juice, waffles,...

”The room was great. Loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was small but good with yogurt and berries and chocolate granola. The Keurig type coffee selection was superb. Only downside was there are no restaurants in the area. You do have to drive to the nearest town for dinner about 20 minutes.”
