”My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. "I was travelling with a toddler and everything went really well. The breakfast was great too! Only minus is that I informed beforehand that we need a separate bed for the 1 year old. I even reminded and called the same day yet in the evening we arrived it was missing. I received it around 11pm and it was broken and there were no blankets. I reported that it was broken and the sheets/ blanket was missing but they said they didn't have any. First night the child slept with towels and the next night I had to take her in the same bed with me and just put stuff on the other side so she wouldn't fall from the bed."
