Nearby âCity of Lakesâ Amery has small town charm with all the necessary amenities. Great food, multiple public golf courses, an apple orchard/maple syrup farm, and a great micro-brewery. Putt-putt golf, go-carts, and horseback riding. There are cafes, bowling, taverns, antiquing, and Apple River tubing and paddling. Multiple wineries, ice cream, coffee and candy shops, as well. Waterside Bar and Grill, a newly renovated restaurant/bar, is on the north end of the lake. It is 15 minutes by boat or car. Great food/Live Music.
