Just a note, when the power is out, the wifi obviously goes, too, and cell service though both Verizon and AT&T is nonexistent until you get closer to the gas station on 44 and 52. ”House was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and helpful. She even decorated the yard for my birthday. Nice big driveway to park the trucks and trailers. Highly recommend this place if you're coming to ride the HMT trails. ”

”We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!”

”Property was clean and conveniently located to the ATV trails. It had everything 8 guys could need for an ATV trip. The hose out front came in handy to clean off after a days ride. Another reviewer commented that grocery stores were not close and that was accurate as we found it to be about 25 minutes from a Walmart and groups of stores and restaurants. No fault whatsoever of the host, just load up on food or plan on driving a bit to a real store. Thumbs up!! We all said we would rent this...
