”This hotel is great! I would recommend it as an excellent place to stay. The decor is beautiful! They treat guests with courtesy, the breakfast was yummy (especially the pastries), and the availability of tea, coffee, and snacks all evening was so thoughtful. ”

”The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure.”

”Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.”
