”Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast and restaurant. Just outside is the carriage to Neuschwanstein. We had a room on the third floor with a view of the Castle, and felt like a princess in this hotel.”

They had arranged two buses to take customer's free parking space, so other customer's had to pay for parking lots on the streets (instead of arranging other parking spaces for the buses). When asked, they answer: it's your problem. (They seem not to care about customers, just money.) The staff in the restaurant were really nice.”
