”The hotel is very modern and clean. My suite was very large and the surroundings are lovely. Staff is very friendly and the guard pointed me some animals hidden in the garden. Like a sloth having a nap in bar stool. Pool is nice but not for swimming. It's not deep enough. Lots of it is kids pool or ankle deep sitting water. Big pool all in all but for sitting, not swimming. Bring earplugs to sleep with because of the howler monkeys. They truly are loud and start at 5am. You hear them more at...

”My stay at Bambutel was okay overall. The hotel is accessed by about 1 km of dirt road, which was quite bumpy and something to keep in mind if you're driving. ”This is the first time we have stayed here after dining several times. We just needed a one night stay with a queen bed and AC. Find AC was a challenge and we had to change rooms. Room was off of the dining area during World Cup season so was noisy for a while. Great location and very helpful staff. Rooms look awesome but typically ceiling fans.”
