”Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!”

”Such a beautiful place with a beautiful view. It was exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Boat launch was usable even with the water being very low and it was very nice having a boat lift to use in the event of windy weather. We definitely recommend this place! ”

Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of comfortable beds, and all the lounging space you could need and more! Adults and kids enjoy the game room. The dock is always a favorite hang out spot. ”The property was equipped with everything we needed. We did however purchase folding chairs that we could use down at the docks. The house had window units for the air conditioning on the " older " side of the home but they worked just fine. The view was amazing! Beautiful deck, nice deck furniture and grill! And a nice hottub, which sadly we did not use. Our dogs loved sitting on the deck, watching the boats go by! Town was just a 15 minute drive! ”
