”Erittäin hyvä rauhallinen hotelli, jossa suuri huone englantilaistyyppisine sisustuksineen. Myös kylpyhuone on hyvin tilava jossa on sekä suihkukaappi että amme . Palvelu ystävällistä, huomioivaa ja hyvää. Hotellissa on iso uima-allas ja spa - alue. Hotellin puutarha on valtavan suuri ja upea, rinteeseen nouseva. Siellä on pieni temppeli ja pagoda. Puutarhaan luodaan kaksi kertaa vrk: ssa keinotekoisesti kaunis lumoava usva.
Kaikki on hotellissa supersiistiä.

”We’ve stayed in many many 5 star hotels around the world. This was the probably the best! Staff was helpful and attentive. They were there to meet your every need! It was beautiful- beds comfortable. And tub and shower fantastic. I was sad to leave. ”

”I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

”Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life…
Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

”This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. ”Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. ”Good basic accommodation. You need to be a bit mindful when walking in the area at night, but can be fun as long as you keep away from people proposing you places to go into. Metro stations are close enough, even if they are not right next to the hotel. ”

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
"We stayed at a superior double room for 8 nights. Our stay was very pleasant as the room was spacious, clean and quiet. It also had all the necessary amenities (toothbrush, -paste, hairbrush, nightgown, slippers etc) topped with a little refridgerator and a bath.
The hotel personel was welcoming and helpful.
The location of the hotel is convenient and there is a lot of small restaurants closeby (Tsukemen Zuppa for example was really nice and vegetarian friendly). If you are looking for to skip the nearby Starbucks I would strongly recommend visiting a small cafe called Hayakawa. Its only couple of blocks away and we had the best coffee we ever had in there."
